SPIKE TV | PARTY AT THE GOAT HOUSE

Opportunity:

Create major buzz for the Blue Mountain State launch, a scripted half-hour comedy series, premiering January 2010. The challenge was to bring to life the spirit of Blue Mountain State  – incoming college freshman, national championship football, girls, partying, hazing and of course, class.

Solution:

We developed a college campus tour at the top party and football powerhouse schools during the 2009 football season. Activation elements included fraternity parties, bar hopping and game day tailgating events featuring Blue Mountain State cheerleaders, BMS merchandise, viewing parties and a mechanical riding football (the iconic symbol of the BMS launch campaign).

Result:

We engaged over 15 universities including, University of Florida, Iowa, USC, Penn State, Tennessee, University of Miami, and Wisconsin. The tour generated on-campus buzz and increased Spike Facebook fans/friends with every event.
